Instructor Biography:
Hello! I am Mrs. Arroyo, and I am so excited to spend the next eight weeks teaching and guiding you in strengthening your argumentative skills, leading you to properly and effectively express your arguments through writing. I graduated from Cal State University, Long Beach, with a BA in English: Rhetoric & Composition and am currently enrolled at National University earning my teaching credential in English and Masters degree in Inspired Teaching & Learning. I currently work as a substitute teacher for Garden Grove and Huntington Beach school districts, adding to my 10+ years working in education. I’ve worked with every grade from K to 12th grade, and more recently, I co-taught narrative writing through the UCI Writing Project last summer for 7th and 8th grade. It has been a wild ride and I’ve loved every minute of it!
